Long Time, No Blog!

I have been busy as of late... Having lots of fun, got a new job and a promotion, helping relatives out, training and planning for my GDMR ride, playing lots of hockey and you can now officially call me skipper.

This is my aunt’s house in Chama NM. They had a record setting winter for moisture. My Uncle is handicapped, so I went up to Chama and dug them out of the snow.

The last of Grandparents property sold. So, had to run up there for 4 or 5 weekends over the past 10 months to fix up the place and help the house get past all the inspections. This is a photo of me vacuuming up all the mice droppings before I could fix all the leaks in the wall from when the pipes froze last winter. We had to make a 3 hour parts run to Pueblo Co one night to finish everything up. The selling of this place has about killed me and my Aunt.. Each time I'd go up there I’d work 3 or 4 20 hour days. But it's sold now.. Good times, lots of memories, but had to let the place go.

My new hockey position. Penalty box warmer. The new sissy league took some getting used to. However, putting lots of pucks in the net again..

But, now it's time relax on my new boat... It's a 20 ft open bow with a Chevy 305 V-8, the boys and I did 50 mph at Lake Powell a couple of weeks ago. This is the official view of the 2008 summer. Well when I finally return home after ridding my mountain bike from Canada to Mexico . Stay tuned and remember to always-

Pegg that fun meter!!

Cheers!
Ryan.
